Return Window
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
Eligible Items
Toys must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Free from damage or wear
- Include all original accessories and manuals
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened collectibles or limited editions
- Personalized or custom toys
- Items marked as final sale
- Toys showing signs of use
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Ship item back within 7 days
Refund Method
Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective.
